This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which 4hrsReport may issue a refund for orders placed through https://4hrsreport.com and https://app.4hrsreport.com (collectively, the “Platform”). By placing an order through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the circumstances expressly stated below:

  • Orders in “Pending” Status: If an order remains in “Pending” status within the user dashboard and processing has not commenced, the user may cancel the order and request a full refund.
  • Orders in “Working” Status: Once an order transitions to “Working,” the order is deemed to be in production/processing and shall no longer be eligible for a refund, except as specifically provided under Section 2 (Rush Orders).

2. Rush Orders

For orders designated as “Rush,” refund eligibility shall apply only if 4hrsReport fails to deliver the report within the guaranteed rush turnaround time.

Where such failure occurs, the amount charged for the rush order shall be refunded exclusively in the form of Account Credits (as defined below).

3. Form of Refund

All approved refunds shall be issued solely as non-transferable and non-redeemable account credits (“Account Credits”). Account Credits may be applied only toward future purchases made through the Platform. Refunds shall not be issued via cash, card reversal, bank transfer, or any other payment method.

4. Refund Request Procedure

A refund request may be submitted only while the order remains in “Pending” status. Users may initiate cancellation using the cancellation option available in the dashboard. Alternatively, the user may contact 4hrsReport support at [email protected].

5. Review and Final Determination

4hrsReport reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, evaluate, and determine the eligibility of any refund request. Any determination made by 4hrsReport regarding refunds shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
