• Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access and use of the Services.

• Amendments to These Terms

4hrsReport may revise, modify, or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice, by posting the updated version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Service Requests; Order Acceptance

Submission of an order or service request does not guarantee acceptance. 4hrsReport reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept, reject, suspend, or cancel any service request, including where information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise insufficient to perform the requested service.

An order shall be considered fulfilled upon being made available within your dashboard account, regardless of any email delivery issues or third-party notification failures.

• Pricing and Charges

Prices displayed on the Platform are estimates for reference purposes and may be updated or changed at any time. Additional charges may apply if the user selects an incorrect service type, including but not limited to selection errors involving large, complex, or commercial properties.

• Cancellations and Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled only while the order remains in “Pending” status within the user dashboard. Once the order status changes to “Working” or processing has begun, the order shall no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Any eligible refund shall be issued exclusively as Account Credits (as defined in Section 6), which are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other payment method.

Rush order fees shall be refunded only if 4hrsReport fails to deliver within the guaranteed rush turnaround timeframe.

• Account Credits

Account Credits may be purchased or issued as refunds and are provided solely to simplify transactions on the Platform. Account Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. 4hrsReport reserves the right to modify, suspend, or impose expiration terms for Account Credits, including expiration after twelve (12) months of account inactivity.

• Data Retention and Availability

Service records, reports, and transaction details are generally accessible within the dashboard for up to six (6) months from the date the order is created. After this period, such data may be deleted, removed, or archived at 4hrsReport’s discretion without further notice.

• Business Hours and Processing

Orders may be submitted at any time. However, processing, production, and fulfillment occur only during 4hrsReport’s designated business hours and business days. Requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

• Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to access or use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in any way that could disrupt, damage, disable, or impair the Services. Unauthorized access, circumvention of security features, scraping, or misuse of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

• Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4hrsReport and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services, reports, data, and materials are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4hrsReport may rely on third-party imagery, tools, software systems, and data sources. Accordingly, 4hrsReport does not warrant that reports are fully accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of reports and Services is at your sole risk.

• Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 4hrsReport and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to (i) your access to or use of the Services, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

• Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, software, or resources. Such third-party materials are provided solely for convenience. 4hrsReport does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, and your use of such materials is entirely at your own risk.

• Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Denton County, Texas, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
